Church of the Annunciation ⛪️ is located in the village of Opoki, Pskov region, on the high bank of Shelon, near the Pskov-Novgorod highway. The church was built in 1772 with the support of the landowner Kositsky on the site where the wooden church had previously been located. Starting from the moment of construction, the temple has always been active, even in difficult times for the whole country, it was able to maintain all its splendor.

During the years of Soviet power, the church was not closed. For a long time it was the only one operating in the city of Porkhov. Currently, the church continues its statutory activities.
