We have a small purchases module where customers place orders up to 100 (400) sput for specific products. Replacements are usually not rolled, in most cases the functionality allows you to specify only the price, agreeing with the rest of the ZAK conditions.

Yesterday we submit an offer that is identical in amount to a competitor, but ours was submitted an hour earlier.

In the protocol, we see a competitor among the winners, with the wording that they offered better delivery terms than we did. I draw your attention to the fact that the module does not allow you to offer anything other than the price. I call ZAK, they say, but we called you, but no one picked up the phone, we know that you are dealers in the region, but that company offered verbally another «private dance» in addition to the delivery, and we chose them. Then they called the purchasing committee, and the committee told them that by law they can choose any supplier.

What should I do, who is ready to watch the procedure and protocol privately? For effective help, we will pay some kind of reward.

Well, if this is your local module, then no one will understand it better than you. But as I understand it, this module is made for customers working with units. supplier for 4 and 5 points of Art. 93. And therefore, these are not competitive purchases. The customer voices his Wishlist, you send your com. offers and he chooses what he liked more. Very convenient, it’s a pity we don’t have that. We have to look for suppliers, it is not clear which ones, but we don’t even know about others, maybe even the best ones.
