On June 17, an article was published in one of the electronic media under the loud headline that the auction for the sale of an unfinished construction object, a pile field in microdistrict. The poultry farm held in Yakutsk at the end of May was «semi-secret» and was conducted «quietly». One of the main claims brought by the supervisory authority was the fact that the protocol for considering applications was published late, not on May 25, but on May 26, in connection with which the enterprise received an order from the Federal Antimonopoly Service for the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) to eliminate violations. State Unitary Enterprise «RCTI», which conducted the procedure for this auction, in accordance with the decision of the FAS Department for the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), recognized the auction as invalid, all auction protocols were canceled. At the moment, the auction procedure has returned to the bidding stage. Information about this is published on the official website www.torgi.gov.ru, namely information on amendments to notice No. 290422/1051889/02.
However, in the mentioned article, these facts were not covered, which indicates bias and bias in the presentation of the circumstances of the situation, said the director of the State Unitary Enterprise Ruslan Vinokurov. “The wording “semi-secret auction” and “quietly tried” used by the author of this article are incorrect, in accordance with the antimonopoly legislation of the Russian Federation, it was for the purpose of openness and transparency of the auction that all information about the auction was published in the section “Sale of state property,” emphasized Vinokurov.
